i have really itchy skin which gets really bad a night and sometimes through the day. i itch it so much that my skin becomes red raw and sometimes the skin starts bleeding. when every my skin gets itchy ihave noticed that i have bumps coming up and they will start to bleed when i itch them alot. this is happening all over my body can anyone help??
