Q: itchy red rash on groin

i recently developed an itchy red rash on my groin near my scrotum. it seems to be constantly moist regardless to how much i try to dry it. I've ruled out any STI because i have been with the same sexual partner for a very long time and have never strayed and i trust her implicitly not to have strsyed either. any ideas what the problem might be please??
