Hi, I've been getting an itchy, sllightly burning rash(like hives), when going into the sun for more than 15-20 minutes. It seems to be at it's worst in the springtime, then eases as I progress into the summer. It tends mostly to be on my forearms, but sometimes on my chest too, and my face will get a very mild red across the bridge of my nose and cheeks. It usually only lasts for about a day then disappears.

After researching online, it sounds like it could be Polymorphous LIght Eruption, but several years ago I was having some symptoms that are Lupus related(but not specific to), and my ANA came back slightly positive speckled pattern. To this day, I am confused as to what is going on. Many times after the sun exposure and rash, I do get some muscle and joint pains, but no noticeable swelling. And I often get very fatigued too.

Any ideas on what this could be? Does it sound like PMLE or something more serious? thanks in advance!

Amy
