Q: Itchy rash on inner thighs

I have an itchy rash (tiny red bumps) on my inner thighs back to my buttocks. It showed up about 5 days ago and now is the weekend and cant get in to see dermatologist for another 2 days. It has now spread to a small patchs on my hips, left armpit, inside of both ankles and on top of left foot. At first I thought was jock itch, but now have no idea because it has spread. It started to itch really bad at night while in bed. I have noticed what I think are fleas around the house but not sure if this is the cause of the rashes. I have sprayed Lotrimin on inner thighs but haven't on a consistent basis. Please help.

rash
it is probably scabies!! they are little mites that burrow in the skin and make an itchy sensation. mostly when trying to sleep.

molluscum - it's a rash like skin disease that if appears in genital area on both f/m it's considered a std.
Aldara 5% - daily cream for 1mo (`0) and abstain from skin contact because it's contagious.

I used to have a rash on my inner thighs when I was younger. It hung around for years. Coming and going. I just accepted it.
Recently I have had rashes on both my shins. This was from stress. I would scratch so much so it bled and there were scabs. I had two bouts of this and it lasted for half a year -3 months each. I didn't see anyone for it. Was not too concerned.
