I have a rash five inches above my ankle Oval an inch wide,gets redder and itchy at times soft red, pink color. it doesn't hurt. and I think it stopped growing, it's not a blister just it just looks like a rash My palm at the centre is the same itchy also right & left thumb & two fingers are the same itchy what is the remedy any info & prescription, yes i do smoke.
