itchy legs after waxing or using an epilator???

hi,i use an Epilator every two weeks to remove hair of my body,after i use it my body is so soft and nice,but after a week when the hair starts to grow,they will get stok under the skin and my body starts itching and i cant stop it,i have to scratch all my body with my nails and it makes my skin red and even i will make it bleeding,i really need your help!im so sick and tired of this extra hair!
