Q: Itchy isolated bumps on face

For some odd reason, I occasionally get 4 or 5 small bumps on my face (chin, cheeks, forehead). When I rub my face, I can feel them, and they itch. When I scratch them, they become red and larger, but if I leave them alone, they seem to go away after a few days. I don't think they are "typical" acne, because no matter how much a squeeze and scratch, there is never any discharge. What could this condition be? Perhaps an allergic reaction? I've searched the Internet regarding this and to no avail!

hello and what i do if i have an itchy skin or allergy is take an antihistamine to ease the itch.
i would also advise you not to sqeeze your spots because if there was infection you are causing cross infection to your other spots especially if they bleed.
another good thing my pharmacist suggested to me was cucumber moisturiser its such a soothing feeling on the skin especially the face. hope this has been of help to you.
