I am 56 years old mother of two. When I was very young, about 8 years old, I had some kind of large pimples on my back and my chest area. After some time, the kind of large hard pimples kind of things disappeared from the back, but a few on my chest area remained. Ones on the skin of my right breast spread ed all over when I grew older. I had regular breast examination. The whole skin on my right breast is dominated by this. It is not painful and does not contain any genital have lived with it so far. At times it is itchy, and irritable.Can you advise me if this need medical attention?
