Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the exact cause for the ‘itchy bumps on penis’ and other symptoms that you describe without examining you. Infective causes cannot be ruled out completely. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation. Consider visiting your doctor/urologist at the earliest for thorough examination and further evaluation to look for the underlying cause. Treatment measures as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be suggested to help you. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/urologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
