Q: Itchy bumps on fingers and toes

I have itchy bumps on my a couple of my toes, and between my thumbs. When they get big I try and pop them and clear puss comes out. I am also itching on my chest and on my neck and back. I also have a sore throat right now so I don't know if that would all relate to something.
