Itchy bumps around pelvic bones

I have been getting itchy slightly raised bumps that are fairly large in diameter. They are circles. They both off to each side near each pelvic bone.
I thought that it may be due to my nickel allergies but now my whole lower stomach is completely red along with these other symptoms and I have no idea what this could be. It all seems to go across my belt line.
