Q: itchy bump on side of leg

i had sex with this girl i use a condom with few week later i started to get itchy on my leg i scratch it and i put "vapors vick" it stop the itchy for a while like the 3 month later it came back . know the wierds part is when i have sex it dnt itch but when i dnt have any sex it start itching again , it something serious that i should go to a doctor and im only 22yr old
