I think it might be an allergic reaction to some detergent? I also have an itchy rash on both hips where the straps to my underwear are touching. Also, I wear thongs and also is trying to break out on my backside where my thong is touching. Could that be it?

I have 2 small hard lumps on my left outer labia mojora and one on my right, One of them had a white head sort of speak, When I tried to sqeeze it blood came out. Any help?
