Q: Itchy bump on hand

There is a bump on the underside of my hand, it is usually slightly thicker and darker skin however occasionally (every day or two), without warning, it goes red and becomes extremely itchy for half an hour or so. If you look closely there is also a bit of white (see picture).
It has been happening since I had scabies a year ago. The itching from scabies was particularly bad in this region (the underside of my hands).
I haven't scratched it for a month so I dont think it can be explained by the itch-scratch cycle.
It really is the most intense concentrated itch you can imagine.
