I dont know what it is. It showed up randomly one day. Its really itchy and near the hole. Its only one bumb not huge but not small. Anyone know what it is?

It is not possible to make a diagnosis without a complete physical examination. The limited history is also not helpful.

Possible lesions can be anal warts, external hemorrhoids, sebaceous cysts, infected anal glands, pilonidal sinus or ischiorectal fistula, etc.

It would be best that you consult with your doctor or dermatologist and seek a proper medical opinion.
