Well I found this site when I was googling and I'm pretty sure I have the same issue as this other person - http://ehealthforum.com/health/liquid-bubb le-on-arm-t182142.html

When I first got them (july) It's like a round light red bump with a small bubble on top, if I burst it, it will reform another bubble. After a while when it started to heal, it turns like a darkish color with a lightish bubble that doesn't have anything in it. Now they all scarred up but they are still itchy as hell, once I swipe or get in contact like touch it a bit it'll start itching like crazy, and it's unbearable! It's wayyy worser then a mosquito bite!

I've been to the doctors, they said it was insect bites and told me not to think about it, then on vacation when I went to china, they say it's toxic from not being healthy enough, causing them to come up. I've tried over 4-5 different stuff, medicine, creams, anti itching stuff, they worked but after a few days they start getting itchy again and i itch it so much like skin falls off and you can see it slope in like an inside out bubble
