Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If you had been sexually active without additional protection within 2-3 weeks of getting started on Depo shot, then the symptoms could suggest chances of pregnancy. Most of the hormonal contraceptives start giving you effective protection after about 2-3 weeks of regular use. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy and visit your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
