Itchy and sore penis

Ok, so i will explain this to the best of my abbility.

For about 2 weeks now, i have been having extremly itchy legs, with red splotches and little red spots. Also, on top of that my penis, is slightly itchy along the whole shaft, again "slightly". I may be over reacting to that symptom. But also the head of my penis is basically sore and has little red spots that are barely visible but when i feel them they resemble the texturity of a scab, kind of rough and dry.

Now its been 4 months since ive had any sex, and when i did 4 months ago i wore a condom, but i gave her oral sex. Like in detail i gave her oral on her vagina and anal area.

Also, rarely when i pee, it will burn.. Rareltly tho its happened like twice over the past few months

So is it possible i may have something? Or is it just random symptoms for other things, and my could my penis be like it is from masterbating to much? Because for awhile i was doing it daily until the stuff started happening to my penis.

So this just scares me and i appreciate any answers.
