Q: itching at penis area

helo i have an itching problem at my penis area. can you tell me the reason for the itching. i am a hygenic problem and frequently clean my penis area when shower and urinate. i even put some lotion to prevent the itching.

during coitus my husband have itching over his penis, why is it so???
