I'm a 26 year old female who deal with anxiety everyday (had a bad panic attack last year and anxiety has haunted me ever since). I'm under a lot of stress right now.

For about a month or more I have had a colorless rash on my right harm between my shoulder and elbow. It itches sometimes but there is no red color. Just dry patches of skin. At first it was just on my right arm but now it's on my left as well.

I dyed my hair a week or two ago (went lighter) and I have just found a small bald spot about the size of a pencil eraser.

I'm very worried and am wondering if there is any cause for worrying at all. My anxiety doesnt help me in cases like this as it makes me think something is seriously wrong with me.
