Around 5 or 6 months back my husband and I started using condoms while having sex. This one particular time their wasnt enough lubrication and I was really sore afterwards. It turned out that my skin was really red and raw kinda like when you get a rug burn. Because it's surrounding an area that usually contains moisture it's not healing. If we go without sex for a week my natural color will come back but after sex or taking a shower/bath if I rub a little too hard the skin peels again and the area is highly sensitive. Will I need to avoid sex until it fully heals or will the skin keep turning raw when I have sex or too much moisture gets to it?
