For the past two years I have had this pimple like bump with puss on the right side of my scrotum. I pop it, but it never heals or goes away. Sometimes it gets smaller thou. In addition 2 new bumps have just appeared on the left side of my scrotum. One of them acts just like a pimple and the other a boil and for the past two weeks there has been very bad itching and sometimes slight burning. Usually Cortizone 10 stops the itching/burning for the next day, but it never goes away. I have only been sexually active with one girl and that was back in high school in 2000. Yeah 8 years (waiting for marriage) What could this be? Rolling Eyes
