Started about three months ago I'd say, that randomly throughout the day I'll just be walking around or just putting my clothes on after getting out of the shower, to even dancing to some music in my room, I get a very very annoying itch that almost covers my entire body. I say three months but thats just a guess.

At first it was just a tingly feeling, but it later progressed to itching intensely and its not just a patch of my skin its like all over (from below the neck to above my feet) and it drives me crazy and usually scratching only makes it itch more. Usually it doesn't last more than 3 minutes or so. I just cannot stand when this happens in public because I can't scratch myself and it's almost maddening. Every time it happens I make sure to look at my skin in the mirror and in good lighting, and I never see any kind of bumps or anything like that, so it's very hard to explain my symptoms to other people.

I've come up with a few ideas of what it might be, but I still feel clueless. I've changed the detergent I used and washed all my clothes yesterday, and today when I was walking around in my new clean clothes I got all itchy again. For a while I thought "maybe its this green tea i started drinking a few weeks ago" so I stopped for a while but the itching kept happening. I also moved into a new house around 4 months ago, and I've even thought maybe that has something to do with it. Any ideas? because if it start itching again, I might just punch someone in the face (not really, but thats how bad it feels)

thanks and sorry if i was too vague
