Q: Itchiness in pubic region

Hi, new to the forums and a bit embarrassed and not wanting to show my doctor. Basically, around my pubic region it gets itchy and obviously I scratch. Give it enough scratching and the region scratched turns dark brown and no hair will grow there.Slowly, this is starting to spread. What should I do?

I dont know if this info will help but Im a virgin, 16 and I have to admit a little overweight
