Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Itching and appearance of bumps could suggest infective causes, skin conditions, dryness etc. If the symptoms have been persistent, you should consider getting them examined by your doctor/gynecologist and go ahead with further evaluation (if indicated) to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as needed (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you control the symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Avoid douching and use of harsh soap or perfumes in the area. Use loose cotton undergarments.
Take care.
