I am dealing with an annoying itch inside my penis, on my urethra. I have a urine test which came back negative, so I know I don't have a UTI or STD. I don't have any symptoms of UTIS or STDS at all. I noticed the itch after i masturbated about 3 weeks ago and the itch was the worst right after. The itch seemed to have gone down a little bit but I can still feel it. I am not sexually active. I haven't masturbated since 3 weeks ago when I noticed the itch. I used to masturbate 2 or 3 times a week at most so maybe I over did it? Could semen being stuck to the urethra cause itching? What can I do for relief? Could it be a yeast infection? I believe a rash would indicate that and I do not have a rash anyway.
Just to add: I am 24 years old. I experience no pain when urinating and have not had any discharge. I did have a feeling of a discharge coming for a few days after that day I masturbated 3 weeks ago but it never occurred and I don't have that feeling anymore. I am in good health and have no other complaints to go along with the itchiness. I saw my urogolist today and he said if the itch still persists to make an appointment in a week or so, I plan on doing that unless it goes away on its own

I think what I got is just an injury to the urethra from not using lube when masturbation. I am not so sure what to do to cure it, but just rest, no masturbating, and no caffeine and alcohol. Would maybe an ice pack help? I am not sure about creams either since how would it work..like putting it on the outside of the penis where you feel the itch and hope it absorbs to the urethra and cures it? I feel the itch on the inside so perhaps a cream could help if you put it on the penis where the itch is felt (if that makes sense)? Warm baths do those help too?

Itchy penis
I have the same problem man. I'm in a onogamous relationship for 5yrs now. Recently my gf andni had wild sex and while my penis was rock hard and she's humping me, it accidentally bent twice (rock hard penis bending twice! Ouch!) then after that it started itching but there was no discharge whatsoever. Keep me posted man -greetings from the Philippines

From everything I can gather, if there is no burning when peeing, or red, irritated skin, it's nothing to worry about. Just drink alot of water & it will go away. From what I found out, it's an early sign of bladder infection & the treatment is the same, lots of water. I had this issue a few months back & looked through Google for the answer. Good thing I found it, now I'm just passing the info over to you guys.
