I am Celiac and Hyper Sulfite Sensative...I have quite drinking all alcohol because of either gluten issues or sulfites issues... The other day I found a beer from Anheiser Bush called REDBRIDGE.. They say it is gluten free and I know beer has no sulfites so I bought some. I have had a few over the past month with no problems. My diet is VERY limited and VERY strict with little to no variation. So last night I had a beer and within SECONDS it felt like I had a UTI - this use to happen in the old days before I knew I was celiac or allergic to sulfites. But what the heck, now it has happen again and I know everything I ate yesterday was safe. so why do I feel like I have a UTI - but I know it is not cause I unrinate fine and there is no pain while urinating only when I'm not. Help or insight please.
