I have felt like i have a lump in my throat for over a week now and have developed more symptoms. It feels like it carries on down my throat to my chest and my back and sides are sore like I have indegestion. I suffer acid reflux and am due to start some tablets. I am worried it could be more serious? I was diagnosed with IBS when I was 17 and that comes and goes
