Yesterday I went for a mile and a half run towards the middle of the run I couldn't move.. walking hurt. I had severe cramping in my right side. I am almost on my period, but I never cramp during my period, or before. I'm scared. I know it isn't a pulled muscle because I am a runner and I know what it feels like. Is it Appendicitis?

so stop running for awhile, try nice walk

hi, r u posting your particular symptoms
cramps in legs often is lack of potassium
lower jaw pain for no reason is more important especially if on your left side as it could indicate heart problems especially if u r older, out of shape, and it radiates down the same side of your neck or left arm (4 what it's worth)
