Is This thrush or what?

Okay so i am 17 and i just recently had a baby a month ago! But i noticed that my tongue has a yellowish white coat on it and i tried to scrub it off while brushing my teeth and it just made it very tender! Its been there for maybe 2 weeks. Then i started noticing that i had bumps on the back of my tongue. Almost like my taste bubs are swallen. And then today i noticed a bump on the inside of my upper lip! Almost like theres just a bump of extra skin there and its not red or irrated or anything! First thing i thought of was herpes but i havent been with anyone in 4 months and they say it should show up in 2-12 days! And if this was herpes they should have detected it while i was pregnant, right? Then i looked it up and it sounded like thrush! Plus a friend of mine had bumps on the top of her mouth with the coating on the tongue and it was thrush! They ended up giving her a special mouth wash to get rid of it but i dont like going to the doctor for anything! so Is this thrush and if so how do you get rid of it? And does gargalling warm salt water help?
