New User, Becoming EHEALTHy
Hi! I started to have sex with my new bf about 4 months ago and now all of a sudden my bf had sore throat and white painful bumps(??) on his tongue. He was giving me oral since the second time we had sex and now he seems like he has something....maybe herpes or HPV.
I saw his bumps and one of them look like white big pimple(really big) on his tongue and other one was on the back of his lip(small). He didnt have anything outside of his lips, just inside.

I know HPV can happen in the mouth, too right???
so what would be the differences by appearance of HPV and herpes?
I have never seen any bumps on his penis.(yet)
He had bumps for a week and now they are gone without going to see the doc. I guess he was taking medicine for cold/sore throat.

He gave me oral and kiss when he had those bumps. Is it possible that I get bumps too?

Any advice would be help for me............
Thank you!

Extremely EHEALTHy
It sounds like a STREP THROAT infection!!

NOT HPV or herpes!!

JUST for your information... HERPES can be spread when there are ZERO bumps present. You do not have to have sores in order to spread this disease!
