Today i was touching my neck and i found a couple small nodes under the skin, Its on the left side of my neck right under my left ear.they're nearly 1cm wide and its more then one, they seem like being in the same spot. I tried to find a similar ones on the right side but i couldn't. I can touch this nodes and Its not painful at all, it does feel hard and hot. Iv had the same thing a few years ago with a swollen node on the right side, it stayed swollen for months, and now its gone.
Im only 16 and I have a cold at the moment, sore throat, runny nose along with sneezing, and i had a bit of fever with body aches and lose of appetite. I do have a Chronic sinus infection too.
The left side of my neck feels a bit swollen then the other side. earlier this month i had a few pain on the lower left neck and its gone after a few days, later on a dark spot on the skin showed up. its not really noticeable but its there. a few days ago I noticed a mole on my neck with a hair coming out of it. its really small and not noticeable too.
I have checked for Lymphoma symptoms, I dont have night sweats. Im not loosing any weight, I even gained 10 Kg or more last 3 years (i weight 75 kg now and im 171 cm tall). Im on a diet to loose some weight cause im not fit.

Is this some type of cancer? Should i panic about this nodes and see a doctor ? If not, why is it swollen ?

Your chest Xray and blood work must have been clear so that's why the trip to the ENT doctor would be in order. You didn't mention having any other symptoms of cancer /lymphoma. Allergies can definitely cause reactions by the lymph nodes.

Since you have a sinus infection, that could very well be the reason your lymph nodes are swollen. Mine always swell when I get sick. For the reason they're only on the left side, I don't know. Lymph nodes can be weird. Once, I had a minor sinus infection and only a few lymph nodes on the left side of the back of my head had swelled a little. They were probably about pea size, and definitely less than 1 cm. After a week or two, I went to the doctor, and at first they feared cancer, but then they put me on antibiotics, and sure enough, they went down. So just go to the doctor in a few weeks and tell them. Also, if you can avoid taking antibiotics, please do so. Wait a few weeks and see if your body can fight it off first. If they're still swollen, don't hesitate to go to the doctor. I don't know if you learned about bacteria becoming antibiotic resistant in school, but I did and it's not a good thing.
