With my dog and had a weird feeling. I felt as if I were dreaming
I couldn't concentrate and my home seemed foreign to my eyes
To generalize I felt spaced out. Monday I went to the doctor.
I got a cat scan and blood work. It came back I had chronic
Sinusitis and I was put on amox clav k 875mg. I haven't ate much
And today I started to drink less. It is probable I have an inner ear
Infection. I have been having panic attacks amongst all this. I also had a
Delusional thoughts of our existence. I know I exist but not that anyone else does.

That sums up until today and I'm not sure if it is the thirst or my

Well, stress could certainly be to blame for some of that, though I'm thinking not all. Sleep deprivation could be a contributing factor as well.

Your comment about schizophrenia running in your family is attention getting--what relations? Chance of schizophrenia in general population is around 1%, if you have a 1st degree relative (parent or sibling) with the disorder that chance is more like 13%, upwards of 40% if your relative with schizophrenia is an identical twin.

Derealization, delusional thoughts, auditory hallucinations, those are all serious, especially given your family history. Have you talked to your doc about those symptoms? If you haven't, you need to, and make sure s/he knows about your family.

See your doc, and seek out a therapist, that's what I'd suggest.
