im getting really bad headaches, and been lower abdominal pains ranging from dull aches, pulling and stabbing not severly enough to stop what im doing just annoying, they started about 4 days ago very slight, yesterday i had a really bad ache even throbbing in the pubic cervix area and after that i had lots of clear jelly like cm when i went to the loo and i mean lots, but no more since then but still cramping and af not due for another 4/5 days. also nausea woke me up very early this morning and been feeling flu like. preg tests negative and only had my periods back in last 3 months after stopping depo in sept but have seemed to be regular, is this pms or could i be pregnent ?

It could be either PMS, hormonal withdrawal post depot or even pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test on your next due date of periods if you miss them. Taking them earlier may give false negative results. Hope this helps. Take care!
