Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Prolonged bleeding could be due to various reasons as taking birth control pills, implantation bleeding, hormonal fluctuations, fibroids, cysts, polyps, stress etc.If you had unprotected intercourse then chances of pregnancy are there. Are your periods otherwise normal? Is this the first time you are experiencing this?
It is very difficult to comment without a detailed history and proper examination.Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take Care!
