Is this Lupus ?

Hello all i am new to the board and need some help..
I have had some strange symptoms for about 3 to4 months now and i am scared. This is the list of my symptoms:
1. chest pain, shoulder, back and stomach pain, cramps
2. muscle spasms
3.burning sensations in thighs
4.cough, GERD
5.Rashes on face and arms
6.fatigue
7.irregular periods
8. some knee pain, big toe stiffness
9.muscle aches
10.scalp pain
11.itchy face, eyes

do you guys think that this is Lupus? I am going to the doctor soon and am scared By the way i am a 27 year old female...
