hi my sisters due date is 4 days away and she was up last night with pains and lower back pain.pain is still in her back this morning but not as intense?this is her 4th child.
is this labor or slow labor?

This could be labor pains. Generally pain in lower abdomen and mainly lower back are true labor pains. Please consult your sister’s obstetrician immediately. Hope this helps. Take care!
