Hello, everyone, I am going to give you a complete description of my sleeping and eating to see how you think it.

Currently, I wake up at 4-5pm and eat maybe a bowl of cereal for what seems to be for me, breakfast. But since I am on the cold water diet to lose about 20 pounds, I first drink an 8 ounce glass of water before I eat my cereal. Then after my cereal, I drink another 2 glasses of water. At about 6pm, I drink another glass of water and refill the 32 ounce bottle of water. Then, at 8pm, I drink 2 glasses of water. At 9pm, I may or may not eat something small, like mozzerella sticks as my dinner. Afterwards, I drink the last 2 glasses of water for the day. I continue on with my day until maybe 5 or 8am, then I go to sleep. I wake again at 4 or 5pm as usual. My sleeping habits, I think are ok, because I get at least 8 or 9 hours of sleep as recommended. But the times I go to bed are hard to for me to change.

Please tell me your thoughts on this.
