if a person gets tested for hiv after using protection at 3 months( 12 weeks) and found to be negative ... can the testing end at 3 months?? can this be considered conclusive ?? and is there any futher risks??

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

In case the exposure, was protected in the first place, the chances of infection would be less.

In addition, since the test after 12 weeks post exposure, has been negative, there is no need to test further.

You are HIV free.
