I was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis around 5 years ago I think. For at least 3 years now I have had rectal tenesmus alnog with some bizzare symptoms namely intolerance to people talking.

My old doctor seemed to mostly scratch his head and refused to get order an endoscopy of any kind. He said he does not think I have colon cancer. He said I probably have irritable bowel syndrome. I was also diagnosed with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. The tenesmus is worse when I take enzymes-both animal and plant based.

Much of these symptoms started around the time I was taking many psychotropics, specifically clonazapam. Can anyone relate or give me an opinion.

Thanks.

Adam
