I was wondering what are the good and bad exercises for the first trimester? Can i run? Not marathon running Razz just light jogging. Are leg exercise safe?

Welcome to ehealthforum,
Mild exercises are considered to be safe during first trimester. Avoid exercises that can cause jerks or cause pressure on the abdomen to increase. Best would be to take your obstetrician's opinion on it. You can do mild exercises while lying down. Walking is considered to be fine and healthy.
