I lost my virginity and the condom broke. I was very worried about a possible pregnancy until I had my period 11 days later. I remembered reading that during the first stages of pregnancy, when the fertilized eggs attaches to the uterus wall, bleeding, similar to a period, occurs. If I had a period so soon after intercourse, could there still be a possibility that I am pregnant? Or could become pregnant from that night?

The bleeding that you read about is called implantation bleeding,it occurs between 7-10 days later(eleven also possible)and lasts about two days,however it is not like a period.it is very light and brown/light pinkish in colour and not all women experience this.it is possible to get a last period before your missed one.for your own peace of mind go to the doctor for a blood tes(more accurate)after the bleeding has stopped.are u experiencing anything else?
