Sorry for the obscure title, but the rest of them seemed the same so i wanted to be different. Anyway..

my girlfriend is on the pill and is supposed to take it every day at 9:30 PM. We've had sex on Sunday, monday, tuesday, wednesday (i think), and Friday of this past week. She just realized that she was a day behind on her pill and is now really worried that she may be pregnant. She's been on the pill for almost a year now and has missed days before, but we just didnt do anything for a week, as a precaution. Her period is supposed to be this thursday and some of her symptoms that she has is fatigue and sleeping during the day. She gets headaches, but shes had that problem before we had sex, she urinates frequently but she also did that before too. No sore breasts, or lower back pain.

So, what do you guys think? She has me a little worried now and she is really freaking out about it. Does the pill build up some type of block of some sort that does not allow the egg to pass through and if so would a years worth of being on the medicine prevent it? Shes pretty persistent with it too, probably missed 5 times in the passed year. Sry for such the long post, thanks for any help!

Sounds like PMS. Don't worry. You said her period is due Thursday. She should be fine.
