Schizophrenia Forum - Is my friend Schizophrenic?

I've known her for a few months, we're in 8th grade. So we met sometime around last year.
She used to tell people about how she went to boarding school, and had these friends she met there that mattered alot to her. (forest, tay, wes, moses) Everyone of our friends believed her, but recently, 2 months ago or so. I came up with the idea that these people are fake, and she made them up. No ones ever seen them, except for her, no ones ever talked to them, as many times as they were planned to. I found alot of evidence that Forest (the main character in this) was fake. So we went with the idea that she was a liar. Recently, yesterday, my friend told me she used to tell her about her family having a curse, and other things. Like that she was working for some.. it was some weird magical creatures, some type of dwarf or something. And she wanted one of her friends to see some council. It was really whack. I read some of the stuff she said.
She has said so many things. though. Its unreal, we just thought of her as a compulsive liar. But recently I thought about it. Could she be schizophrenic?
well i dont know much about it but i do know this

last year, i didnt know her, she was overweight, she lost alot of weight since then. Her stories aren't as crazy as they used to be, but i also know she is taking medication now, no one knows why.
her hair was more frizzed, she didnt care as much about her appearance
My friend explained to me that she was more quiet, withdrawn.
Another thing. She said she was raped at the age of 13 by her father, it was somewhat implied that she was raped when she was little too. So were her sisters. But for some reason i just believe her about that. I remember in class the school officer took her out no one knew why, later she told me its because they found out the story about her being raped. so they talked to her about it

Also she well lies about things like, her 2 best friends got in a fight. She was telling each of them that they were talking behind eachothers back, so they were even more mad at eachother. They became friends again and found out that neither one of em said anything behind eachothers back.

so we assumed she was just lying.

She told ME that this kid named adam said crap about me, and he seemed to not know what i was talking about. Now he thinks i said crap about him, probably because of stuff she said

but the odd thing is, if she was lying about it, then its because she doesnt want me talking to him, or wants us to be mad.
yet she told me to apologize?

she told me that this guy (Cesar) called her yesterday telling her to go out with him (there was a major reason he couldnt i cant explain long story)

his girlfriend called him early morning today asking when the last time he talked to Abby ("her" the girl i've been talking about the whole time)

and he said he didnt know, last monday or something.

could she have lied about that ?

does she actually believe all of this?

to me it really does seem like she does... and im worried about her

sorry if you couldnt understand bits and pieces its really hard to explain everything sorry but just try to give me an answer

ps:apparently this has been going on for a few years
