Firstly, I hope you have already consulted your doctor about it. Depends on the type of hemorrhoids you have internal or external, bleeding is very dangerous. It can bleed more blood than u think internally and you would not notice it. Its a obvious sign since u said that you are anemic that you are loosing more blood than you should be loosing. I would consult the doctor and schedule surgery. Recovery can take up to 2 weeks and your doctor can prescribe pain medications to make the recovery easier.

Thinking about the erotic feeling of sex, I would think that either male or female masturbation could be hard on hemorrhoids...My reason for saying this is that when you orgasm, you are pushing out with your body...Letting each part of the inner you free...Floating in your own time capsule...By doing this, IMO, you are putting more pressure on the anal and pelvic muscles and could expel more blood....

I have been battling a H for nearly two months, I finally found the cure. I want everyone to know how wonderful my solution is. Epsom Salt. I first took a bath with a bout 2 cups of epsom salt dissolved in the tub and noticed IMMEDIATE pain relief. I was doing the bath thing 2-3 times a day and noticed I was using all of my salt, which is cheap but still... So what I did was make a concentrated solution about 1 Tbsp in about 2-3 Tbsp HOT water. I know you are not supposed to use hot water but in such a small amount it cools down very quickly. I would soak a cotton ball in the concentrated solution and apply to the painful areas. I noticed relief within 10 minutes. The major benefit of doing this is that I noticed that I would only have to do this once every other day before the pain came back. After about 10 days of this I noticed next to no pain or discomfort. Have I stumbled on a real cure??? Let me know.
