I am 22 weeks pregnant with twins and I
already started to have milk come out of
my nipples.. Is this normal?? Please
help...

This is normal. I would not worry I would get a good
bra pad to prevent embarrassing moments
though if I were you!

Congrats on the pregnancy! This is
normal... it is actually not milk yet,
but colostrum. You won't start making
milk until a few days after you deliver
the baby. Since you are having twins, you
probably have a lot higher level of
hormones to support the babies, so you are
probably experiencing it earlier than you
might with just one baby. You can get
nursing pads at the store to prevent
anything showing if you have a lot...there
is another product called Lily Pads that
are easy to use and prevent
discharge...and you can also cut a
pantyliner in half and put one half on
each side for a more leak-proof result.
