Is it TMJ? I really miss being able to eat food

Hi All,
The joints in the side of my jaws began to pop oddly loudly around 4 weeks ago. A few days after that, the right side of my jaw began locking up, but it would pop out within minutes, usually. I attributed the locking up to my wisdom teeth coming in, but after I got them removed about a week ago, I haven't been able to open my mouth fully because the right side of my jaw feels like it's stuck, and it hurts if I try to force it. I can open my mouth about an inch or so. The left side of my mouth cracks a lot but doesn't get stuck as well. Is there any way for this to go away? I really miss being able to eat food
