I had suffered from Gilbert's Syndrome two years back..,doctor told me to lead a normal life when my bilirubin level was normal...

will it harm if i take mild amount of beer or wine?? plz suggest!

Welcome to e health forum.

As long as your liver function tests or ultrasounds (if done) are well within normal, then there is no need to be worried.

In such a situation, occasional intake of beer or wine should, be fine, eg On weekends. But regular and daily intake of hard liquor (Whisky, vodka, rum, Scotch, etc) should be avoided.
