milk with materna and folic acid? i just wanted to know if its safe or ok to do. does anyone know? does it matter?

Doesn't matter. It is fine to take your vitamins with milk. Folic acid is complimented when taken with orange juice. However, taking it with milk is fine. When taking vitamins, always do so after you've eaten. They are better absorbed by the body that way.

i dont think it would make much of a difference. i always took it with squash or i wouldnt be able to take it myself
