Is it just in my head? I haven't experienced anything...

So, me and my boyfriend had intercourse approximately close to a month ago when he admitted that he believed that he had ejaculated inside me. I took a pregnancy test at the beginning of this month, but it came out negative. I think it was way too early. I started to notice that my breasts have grown more sore. My boyfriend had pointed out they seem to be larger and more heavy. I've also started to see some veins. I'm starting to become anxious over the fact if I'm actually pregnant, or that it's all in my head since we've been discussing about a baby more often. I'm actually growing close to my period date. I get cramps like I normally do, but they don't seem to be how they normally are. Body wise, I haven't experienced anything else besides being a little bloated and my boyfriend had pointed out how i seem to be gaining more body temperature. Should I take another pregnancy test? I'm very confused about all this right now.
